Indications:
Emotional instability with dementia, night terrors in children, bruxism, seizures. Traditionally used in Chinese medicine to nourish the Liver, resolve Phlegm, strengthen Liver-Blood and disperse the flow of Liver-Qi.

Actions:
Calms & nourishes the Liver to extinguish Interior Wind, harmonizes the Liver Qi & Blood, resolves Phlegm.

Dosage & Course of Treatment:
Adult: Take 3 capsules, twice daily, one hour away from food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

• Pinellia ternata (Ban Xia) extract – 54 mg (equivalent to 324 mg dry tuber)

• Uncaria rhynchophylla (Gou Teng) extract – 36 mg (equivalent to 216 mg dry stem)

• Poria cocos (Fu Ling) extract – 36 mg (equivalent to 216 mg dry hyphae)

• Atractylodes macrocephala (Bai Zhu) extract – 36 mg (equivalent to 216 mg dry rhizome)

• Citrus reticulata (Chen Pi) extract – 36 mg (equivalent to 216 mg dry fruit pericarp)

• Ligusticum striatum (Szechuan lovage) extract – 30 mg (equivalent to 180 mg dry rhizome)

• Bupleurum falcatum (Chai Hu) extract – 18 mg (equivalent to 108 mg dry root)

• Glycyrrhiza uralensis (Gan Cao) extract – 18 mg (equivalent to 108 mg dry root)

• Angelica polymorpha (Dong quai) extract – 36 mg (equivalent to 216 mg dry root)

Cautions & Contraindications:

• Caution with sedative drugs, as there may be an additive effect.

• Caution in cases with Yin deficiency.
