  • You don’t need a referral but you will need to see our physiotherapist for the first consultation if it is relate to an accident, and there is no existing ACC claim

  • Your GP, Osteo, chiropractor or our physiotherapist

  • Generally 45 minutes but can take up to 1 hr

  • Yes, it ranges from $30 to $65, please see price list

  • 24 hour notice or 50% of the consultation fee will be invoiced

  • Rosedale - at the front and the back of the building, free

    Mt Eden - 90 minutes free parking and there are plenty

    Henderson - 180 minutes free parking of any Flex Fitness parking
