Indications:
Chronic gastritis, duodenitis, peptic ulcer disease, gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD), chronic bronchitis, neurosis, depressed mood, mania, hypomania, hyperthyroidism, insomnia, morning sickness during pregnancy.

Actions of the Main Herbs:
Clears Phlegm-Heat, regulates the Qi and harmonises the Stomach, clears the Gallbladder. Traditionally used in Chinese medicine to regulate Qi, expel Phlegm, soothe the Stomach, and clear Heat in the Gallbladder.

Dosage & Course of Treatment:
Adult: Take 3 capsules, twice daily, one hour away from food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

• Phyllostachys nigra (Zhu Ru) extract – 52.95 mg (equivalent to 317.7 mg dry stem wood)

• Pinellia ternata (Ban Xia) extract – 52.95 mg (equivalent to 317.7 mg dry tuber)

• Poria cocos (Fu Ling) extract – 39.72 mg (equivalent to 238.32 mg dry fruiting body)

• Citrus aurantium (Zhi Ke) extract – 39.72 mg (equivalent to 238.32 mg fresh fruit)

• Citrus reticulata (Chen Pi) extract – 39.72 mg (equivalent to 238.32 mg dry fruit peel)

• Ziziphus jujuba (Hong Zao) extract – 39.72 mg (equivalent to 238.32 mg dry fruit)

• Glycyrrhiza uralensis (Gan Cao) extract – 22.05 mg (equivalent to 132.3 mg dry root)

• Zingiber officinale (Sheng Jiang) extract – 13.23 mg (equivalent to 79.38 mg dry rhizome)

Cautions & Contraindications:
Contraindicated with immunosuppressive drugs.
Caution for those on anti-coagulant medications (i.e. Heparin, warfarin or aspirin).
