CLEAR VISION Formula – Qi Ju Di Huang Tang

Indications:
Chronic disorders of the eyes and vision (e.g. central retnochoroiditis, retrobulbar neuritis, optic nerve atrophy, vitreous opacity, glaucoma, retinal disorders, cataracts), migraine headaches, hypertension, Meniere's disease.

Actions of the Main Herbs:
Nourishes the Liver & Kidney Yin, nourishes the Liver Blood, sends Essence and Blood to the eyes. Traditionally used in Chinese medicine to nourish and soothe the Liver and strengthen the Kidneys.

Dosage & Course of Treatment:
Adult: Take 3 capsules, twice daily, one hour away from food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

• Rehmannia glutinosa (Di Huang) extract – 77.1 mg (equivalent to 462.6 mg dry root)

• Dioscorea oppositifolia (Shan Yao) extract – 38.7 mg (equivalent to 232.2 mg dry root)

• Cornus officinalis (Shan Zhu Yu) extract – 38.7 mg (equivalent to 232.2 mg dry fruit)

• Poria cocos (Fu Ling) extract – 29.1 mg (equivalent to 174.6 mg dry hyphae)

• Paeonia suffruticosa (Mu Dan Pi) extract – 29.1 mg (equivalent to 174.6 mg dry stem bark)

• Alisma orientale (Ze Xie) extract – 29.1 mg (equivalent to 174.6 mg dry rhizome)

• Lycium barbarum (Gou Qi Zi) extract – 29.1 mg (equivalent to 174.6 mg dry fruit)

• Chrysanthemum sinense (Ju Hua) extract – 29.1 mg (equivalent to 174.6 mg dry flower)
