MEN'S Formula - Nan Bao
Indications:
Impotence (erectile dysfunction), loss of libido, premature ejaculation, infertility.
Actions of the Main Herbs:
Invigorates the Kidney Yang, enriches the Kidney Essence, tonifies the Qi and calms the Spirit. Traditionally used in Chinese medicine to balance Spirit, strengthen Kidneys, warm and nourish Yang, invigorate Kidney-Essence and replenish Qi.
Dosage & Course of Treatment:
Adult: Take 3 capsules, twice daily, one hour away from food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Astragalus membranaceus (Huang Qi) extract – 46.41 mg (equivalent to 278.46 mg dry root)
Rehmannia glutinosa (Di Huang) extract – 46.41 mg (equivalent to 278.46 mg dry root)
Epimedium sagittatum (Xian Ling Pi) extract – 37.11 mg (equivalent to 222.66 mg dry herb)
Morindae officinalis (Yan Zhi Ba Ji Tan) extract – 37.11 mg (equivalent to 222.66 mg dry root)
Cynomorium songaricum (Suo Yang) extract – 37.11 mg (equivalent to 222.66 mg dry stem)
Cyperus rotundus (Xiang Fu) extract – 27.84 mg (equivalent to 167.04 mg dry rhizome)
Anemone altaica (Shi Chang Pu) extract – 18.57 mg (equivalent to 111.42 mg dry rhizome)
Polygala sibirica (Yuan Zhi) extract – 15.45 mg (equivalent to 92.7 mg dry root)
Schizandra chinensis (Wu Wei Zi) extract – 15.45 mg (equivalent to 92.7 mg dry fruit)
Panax ginseng (Ren Shen) extract – 9.27 mg (equivalent to 55.62 mg dry root)

Cautions & Contraindications:
Caution for those on anti-coagulant medications (i.e. heparin, warfarin or aspirin), cardiac glycosides (e.g. digoxin), oral hypoglycaemic agents, insulin and MAO inhibitors (e.g. phenelzine) and uterine stimulants (e.g. oxytocin).
Contains Panax ginseng; do not take caffeine containing beverages (e.g. tea, coffee, cola, gaurana) or radishes concurrently with this formula.
This is a warming formula and should not be given to patients with Yin deficiency or Heat excess syndromes.
