Indications:
Traditionally used in Chinese medicine to activate Blood, clear Lung Heat, remove Heat Toxin and expel Stomach Heat. Indicated for acne vulgaris.

Traditionally used to activate Blood, clear Lung Heat, remove Heat Toxin and expel Stomach Heat. The formula clears Heat from the Lung & Stomach, clears Heat Toxin, clears Heat & cools the Blood, activates the Blood & dispels stasis.
Dosage & Course of Treatment:
Adults: Take 3 capsules, twice daily, one hour away from food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Crataegus pinnatifida (Shan Zha) extract – 31.7 mg (equivalent to 191.2 mg dry fruit)
Eriobotrya japonica (Pi Pa Ye) extract – 31.7 mg (equivalent to 191.2 mg dry leaf)
Forsythia suspensa (Lian Qiao) extract – 31.7 mg (equivalent to 191.2 mg fresh fruit)
Gardenia jasminoides (Shan Zhi Zi) extract – 31.7 mg (equivalent to 191.2 mg dry fruit)
Glycyrrhiza uralensis (Gan Cao) extract – 13.19 mg (equivalent to 79.6 mg dry root)
Lonicera japonica (Jin Yin Hua) extract – 31.7 mg (equivalent to 191.2 mg dry flower)
Paeonia obovata (Chi Shao) extract – 31.7 mg (equivalent to 191.2 mg dry root)

Cautions & Contraindications:
Avoid coffee, deep fried foods, high glycemic foods and hydrogenated fats. Minimise consumption of saturated fats and red meat. The affected areas should be kept clean.
Caution for those on anti-coagulant medications (i.e. Heparin, warfarin or aspirin).
Do not take at the same time of day as iron supplements as the tannins in Crataegus fruit interfere with the absorption of iron.
Contains Glycyrrhiza, which potentiates prednisone and corticosteroids by prolonging steroid biological half-life; caution in patients with hypertension.
