Indications:
Traditionally used in Chinese medicine to invigorate and replenish Blood. Indicated for menstrual disorders due to Blood deficiency, post-partum disorders, anaemia, urticaria, headache, insufficient lactation, chronic dry skin & eyes, slow healing skin lesions, chronic eczema or chronic dermatitis.

Actions of the Main Herbs:
Traditionally used to invigorate and replenish Blood. The formula nourishes the Liver Blood and promotes circulation of the Qi & Blood.

Dosage & Course of Treatment:
Adults: Take 3 capsules, twice daily, one hour away from food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

  • Rehmannia glutinosa (Di Huang) extract – 81.9 mg (equivalent to 491.4 mg dry root)

  • Angelica polymorpha (Dong quai) extract – 81.9 mg (equivalent to 491.4 mg dry root)

  • Paeonia lactiflora (Bai Shao) extract – 81.9 mg (equivalent to 491.4 mg dry root)

  • Ligusticum striatum (Szechuan lovage) extract – 56.4 mg (equivalent to 338.4 mg dry rhizome)

Cautions & Contraindications:
Caution for those on anti-coagulant medications (i.e. Heparin, warfarin or aspirin).
Caution during the first trimester of pregnancy.
If taking antibiotics, allow at least 90 minutes before taking this formula.
