Indications:
Traditionally used in Chinese medicine to activate Blood, unblock Channels, clear Wind-Dampness and eliminate Blood-Stasis. Indicated for osteoarthritis (acute exacerbations), active rheumatoid arthritis, acute muscular sprain, lumbodynia and sciatica.
Actions of the Main Herbs:

Dosage & Course of Treatment:
Adults: Take 3 capsules, twice daily, one hour away from food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Cautions & Contraindications:
Avoid foods that may aggravate arthritis (e.g. sugar, caffeine, citrus, salt, red meat, dairy products, additives, soft drinks, white flour, nightshades, white potatoes, tobacco). Avoid saturated & hydrogenated fats.
Caution for those on anti-coagulant medications (i.e. heparin, warfarin or aspirin), or cholinergic drugs (e.g. neostigmine).
Contains Glycyrrhiza, which potentiates prednisone and corticosteroids by prolonging steroid biological half-life; caution in patients with hypertension.
