Xiang Sha Yang Wei Wan - Black Pearl Cyperus and Cardamon Formula pill 35g
Indications: Spleen and Stomach Qi deficiency with Dampness accumulation, often associated with poor appetite, digestive weakness, and epigastric discomfort. Commonly used for chronic digestive disorders where Qi deficiency is accompanied by Dampness obstructing the middle burner.
Signs & Symptoms: Poor appetite, abdominal fullness or distension, epigastric discomfort, fatigue, loose stools, nausea, possible vomiting, belching, acid reflux, a dull or heavy sensation in the abdomen, a pale or swollen tongue with a white or greasy coating, and a weak or slippery pulse.
Actions of the Main Herbs: The formula strengthens the Spleen and Stomach, regulates Qi, and resolves Dampness while supporting digestion. Xiang Fu (Cyperus) moves Qi and relieves distension. Sha Ren (Amomum) transforms Dampness and promotes digestion while warming the middle. Bai Zhu (Atractylodes) tonifies Spleen Qi and dries Dampness. Chen Pi (Tangerine peel) regulates Qi and supports Phlegm and Dampness transformation. Gan Cao (Licorice) harmonizes the formula and supports Qi.
