Indications:
Traditionally used in Chinese medicine to open channels. Sports Injury Formula is indicated for sports injury, soft tissue trauma, slow healing injuries, lumbar muscular sprain, and bone fracture.

Actions of the Main Herbs:
Traditionally used to activate Blood and dispel Blood stasis, nourish the Liver and Kidney to strengthen the tendons, ligaments, and bones. It is traditionally used to relax channels, nourish the Liver, strengthen the Kidneys, activate Blood, and dissipate Blood stasis.

Dosage & Course of Treatment:
Adults: Take 2 capsules, twice daily, one hour away from food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
