SPLEEN & QI MANAGEMENT Formula - Jian Fei Jiang Zhi Fang
Indications:
Traditionally used in Chinese medicine to harmonise the Spleen and Stomach. Jian Fei Jiang Zhi Fang is indicated for overweight, obesity, fluid retention, and elevated serum triglycerides and cholesterol levels.

Actions of the Main Herbs:
Traditionally used to regulate Qi, resolve Dampness-Phlegm, promote water metabolism, and tonify or invigorate the Spleen. The formula works by resolving Phlegm-Damp, draining retained Fluid and promoting diuresis, regulating Qi and harmonising the Middle Jiao, tonifying Qi and nourishing Blood, and opening the bowels.
Dosage & Course of Treatment:
Adults: Take 3 capsules, twice daily, one hour away from food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
