Hydro Babe is a daily hydration support powder formulated with a balanced blend of essential mineral electrolytes, including Sodium, Potassium, and Calcium, with added Magnesium and Ginger. Designed to support hydration, energy, tiredness, and overall wellbeing during everyday life.

Tiredness and fatigue, busy or high-output days, need for daily hydration support, post-workout recovery needs, travel, and long days on the go.

The formula combines essential mineral electrolytes to support hydration and overall wellbeing. Dosage & Course of Treatment:
Adults: Add 1 level metric teaspoon (4 g) to 750 mL water and stir well. Take once daily.
