Du Huo Ji Sheng Wan - Black Pearl Du huo and Loranthus Formula pill 35g
Indications:
Chronic Wind-Cold-Damp Bi syndrome with underlying Liver and Kidney deficiency, including joint pain, stiffness, and weakness, especially in the lower body.
Signs & Symptoms:
Chronic joint pain and stiffness (especially in the lower back, knees, and legs), worse with cold or damp weather, limited mobility, heaviness or aching in the limbs, lower back weakness, fatigue, possible numbness, aversion to cold, a pale tongue with a white coating, and a deep, weak, or wiry pulse.
Actions of the Main Herbs:
Du Huo (Angelica pubescens root) dispels Wind-Damp and alleviates pain, especially in the lower body.
Sang Ji Sheng (Taxillus herb) nourishes Liver and Kidney, strengthens bones and tendons, and dispels Wind-Damp.
Du Zhong (Eucommia bark) tonifies Liver and Kidney and strengthens the lower back and knees.
Niu Xi (Achyranthes root) strengthens tendons and bones and guides the effects of the formula downward.
Dang Gui (Angelica sinensis root) nourishes and invigorates Blood, supporting circulation and relieving pain.
Chuan Xiong (Ligusticum root) moves Qi and Blood, enhancing circulation and reducing stagnation.
Bai Shao (White peony root) nourishes Blood and softens the Liver, helping relieve pain and cramping.

Cautions & Contraindications:
