Indications:
Blood stasis in the upper body, especially the chest and head, often associated with Qi stagnation. Commonly used for cardiovascular, emotional, and pain-related conditions involving stagnation of Qi and Blood.

Chest pain or chest tightness (often fixed and stabbing), palpitations, irritability, insomnia, headaches (especially temporal or frontal), dizziness, possible hypochondriac discomfort, a feeling of oppression in the chest, dark or purplish complexion, dark lips, a dark or purplish tongue with spots, and a wiry or choppy pulse.
