Indications:
Combined Qi and Blood deficiency, often seen in chronic fatigue, post-illness recovery, or conditions involving general weakness, poor vitality, and impaired nourishment of tissues.
Signs & Symptoms:
Fatigue, weakness, dizziness, palpitations, shortness of breath, pale or sallow complexion, poor appetite, dry skin or hair, menstrual irregularities (such as scanty or delayed periods), light-colored or thin menstrual blood, lower back and limb weakness, a pale tongue with a thin white coating, and a weak or deficient pulse.
Actions of the Main Herbs:
