Indications:
Food stagnation in the Stomach with digestive overload, including indigestion, bloating, and accumulation from overeating.

Signs & Symptoms:
Abdominal distension and fullness, epigastric discomfort, sour belching, acid reflux, nausea, vomiting, foul-smelling stools or diarrhea, loss of appetite, bad breath, a thick greasy tongue coating, and a slippery pulse.

Actions of the Main Herbs:
Shan Zha (Hawthorn fruit) reduces food stagnation, especially from fatty or meat-heavy meals, and aids digestion.
