Black Pearl Bupleurum and Cyperus Combination pill 40g
Indications:
Liver Qi stagnation with pain, emotional stress, digestive discomfort, and disorders related to Qi constraint such as hypochondriac pain, abdominal distension, and PMS.
Signs & Symptoms:
Irritability, stress, mood swings, chest or hypochondriac distension or pain, sighing, abdominal bloating, epigastric discomfort, belching, poor digestion, headaches (often temporal), menstrual irregularities, premenstrual breast tenderness, dysmenorrhea, a wiry pulse, and a tongue that may be normal or slightly red with a thin coating.
Actions of the Main Herbs:
Bupleurum root (Chai Hu) soothes Liver Qi stagnation and helps regulate the flow of Qi throughout the body, relieving emotional tension and distension.
Cyperus rhizome (Xiang Fu) regulates Liver Qi, alleviates pain, and is especially useful for menstrual and emotional-related stagnation.
